I have always loved paper crafting. My mom being a scrapbooker way back in the day I was always around craft supplies watching her and crafting with her. I actually started off scrapbooking when I was about 10 or 12 years old. I was crafting right up until I graduated high school. I had great intentions to make encouragement cards for my friends when I was bible school but I just never found the time. The crafty side of me was reignited when my boyfriend at the time proposed and I had a small budget for my wedding. With the help of my mom we made everything! The invitations, centerpieces, bulletins, wall decor, place cards, etc. Everything was hand made and we spent many hours in my mom's craft room cutting paper, gluing ribbon, and tying bows.
It was my first Christmas as a married woman where my crafting really took off. My mom offered me all 42 of her Stampin' Up ink pads. In my mind the only answer was yes! With those ink pads came a few Stampin' Up stamp sets and I never looked back.
In early February 2020 I tracked down a demonstrator because I wanted to grow my stash of Stampin' Up products. I found them to be superior to anything that I was getting at Michaels and I really wanted my stuff to last. Besides who doesn't love getting craft stuff in the mail.
Here I am just under a year later and I took a leap of faith and signed up as a Stampin' Up Demonstrator. It has been a learning curve for me but I am so thrilled that I can share the craft supplies I love with others. My starter kit has officially arrived and I can't wait to hand out catalogues, create with the supplies and get to know new people in the world of paper crafting!
If you love paper crafting and would like to try out Stampin' Up please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
